Are you empathetic, well-organized, and enthusiastic about modern HR practices and working with people? We are looking for a motivated working student in the field of HR and Personnel to join our team, help shape a first-class employee journey, and actively support our daily operations.

Your Tasks

• Supporting our HR team in answering general inquiries from our employees

• Participating in the recruiting process, for example, by creating job advertisements, coordinating interview appointments, and performing the initial screening of application documents

• Accompanying the employee journey from entry to exit, including organizational preparation and support for onboarding new team members

• Assisting in operational day-to-day business, including master data maintenance in Personio, management of digital personnel files, support of our absence tool, and creation of employment and interim references

• Studying Business Administration (BWL / WiWi) with a focus on Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, or a comparable discipline, ideally already in a Master's program

• Practical experience in HR or recruiting through previous internships or part-time jobs as a valuable plus

• A personality characterized by empathy, high social competence, strong communication skills, team spirit, and flexibility

• Fluent spoken and written German and English language skills
