About us

Burgermeister stands for top-notch burgers, strong brand power and dynamic growth. We are looking for an HR Student (m/w/d), who will support our HR team in the operational daily business and take over administrative and organizational tasks in the field of personnel management.

Your tasks will include:

• Maintenance and administration of employee data and personnel records in our HR systems

• Support with preparing payroll and document management

• Processing of absences, leave and other absences

• Preparation and administration of certificates, pay slips and personal relevant documents

• Contact person for stores and employees on administrative HR topics and inquiries

You bring with you:

• Ongoing studies, ideally in the field of economics, personnel or comparable

• Interest in HR processes and administrative workflows

• Structured, reliable and meticulous working style

• Sense of responsibility and discretion when handling sensitive data

• Good German and English skills

• Familiarity with digital tools and MS Office
