• You support our HR teams in their varied daily activities
• You actively work on applicant management and communication with applicants
• You assist in the creation of contracts, certificates and other personnel documents
• You help maintain personal data and administrative HR processes
• You support organizational topics as well as exciting HR projects
• You take over independent tasks and projects in the personnel department

This Is What You Need

• Ongoing studies in the field of Personnel, Economics, Psychology or comparable degree from an advantage
• Interest in modern HR topics and administrative processes
• Structured, reliable and self-reliant working style
• Safe handling of MS Office
• Communication skills and team ability
• Discretion and sense of responsibility when dealing with sensitive data
