Aufgaben

• You will gain insights into the entire Employee-Life-Cycle (from hiring to offboarding)
• You will process all personnel processes independently in daily business
• You will maintain and monitor the time-tracking system
• You will shape our applicant management actively, for example, by coordinating incoming applications and invitations
• You will support the conception, creation, and maintenance of job descriptions, structured onboarding plans, and training matrices

Qualifikation

• You study HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable field
• You are digitally inclined and interested in the topic of Human Resources.
• You have a hands-on mentality, want to take responsibility and actively shape the further development of modern HR processes
• Communication strength and team spirit round out your profile
