As a Working Student HR (m/f/d), you will support our HR team in the efficient and professional design of our HR processes. You are an important support for us in day-to-day operations and can actively contribute your ideas as a permanent team member.

YOUR MISSION – THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

• Employee Lifecycle: You will support us in organizing and accompanying onboarding and offboarding processes.

• People Operations: You will support us in creating and managing employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and other personnel documents.

• People Master Data Maintenance: You will support us in maintaining our HR master data.

• Recruiting: You will support 60 seconds in actively searching for our new talents.

• HR Projects: You will support the HR team in operational and strategic people projects.
