Aufgaben

We are looking for...

a student assistant in the field of People Development (all genders) for 20 hours per week, starting from September 1st, 2026, to support our team in the following tasks:

• Organization and administration of Trainings and Onboarding Days
• Participation in conceptual topics in the field of People Development
• Maintenance and updating of the HR-Intranet
• Application of modern trends and technologies in HR, particularly the use of artificial intelligence

Qualifikation

You bring...

Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or diplomas, but the following skills contribute to your success:

• Enrolled at a German university in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's program with contents of human resources, e.g. industrial psychology
• Ideal candidate has first experiences in personnel development or HR through internships, uni projects, or similar
• Work experience with common HR software is an advantage
• Interest and availability for a long-term collaboration (at least 1 year)
• Very good MS-Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Independent and self-organized work style, even in a virtual environment
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
