HR Coordinator (m/w/d) Internship

Tasks

• You support our HR Business Partners in their daily operations and actively engage in various personnel-related topics

• You maintain our digital personnel records in the HR Suite and support the implementation of administrative HR processes in a clean and efficient manner

• You support the coordination and operational management of our HR service processes along the entire employee lifecycle and bring ideas for developing existing workflows

• You create reports and evaluations as a solid decision-making basis for HR Business Partners and executives

Qualification

• You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally in a master's program, and still have at least one year of enrollment (e.g. business psychology, personnel management, economics, social sciences or humanities with HR reference)

• You have already gained some practical experience in the HR field (e.g. personnel administration, personnel consulting, HR internship)

• You work structured, reliable and enjoy working independently

• You communicate securely and respectfully – both in writing and orally

• You like organization, coordination and exchanging with different contact partners

• You want to take on responsibility and further develop yourself professionally in People & Culture
