Working Student - HR Assistant (m/f/d)

• You will support our HR team in daily operations as well as in administrative and organizational tasks, including recruiting, applicant management, and interviews.
• You will assist in the creation, preparation, and management of various HR documents.
• You will maintain digital employee master data and keep it up-to-date in our HR systems.
• You will support in onboarding and offboarding processes as well as in other administrative tasks along the entire employee lifecycle.
• You will support internal communication processes as well as the implementation and documentation of HR processes.
• You will participate in HR projects, e.g., on topics such as onboarding, employee retention, and digitalization.

• You are an enrolled student, ideally in a course of study related to human resources, business, psychology, law, or a comparable field.
• You are interested in HR topics and HR processes and would like to gain practical experience in the HR field.
• Ideally, you already have some initial experience in a commercial, administrative, or HR-related environment.
• You have a structured, orderly, and above all discreet way of working.
• You are proficient in the common MS Office applications and enjoy learning new digital HR systems and programs.
• You communicate in a friendly and professional manner and enjoy working in a team.
• You are available up to 20 hours per week during the lecture period and can also support us more intensively during the lecture-free period by arrangement.
