You will work part-time (20 hours during the semester) at our location in Weilerbach (near Kaiserslautern) and individual days from home office.

Your tasks – contra boring, PRO YOU  

As a working student in the People&Culture Operations area, you will support the team with administrative HR processes and ensure that documents are clean, digital, and reliably available. You will work carefully with sensitive documents and actively contribute to projects related to our HCM system.

  • Support: You will support the creation of legally relevant employment documents and take over the structured processing of incoming mail.
  • Digitization: You will digitize HR documents and ensure clean, traceable filing.
  • Certificate Creation: You will meticulously contribute to the creation of employment certificates, ensuring complete information.
  • Collaboration: In exchange with the HR Service Team, you will coordinate open issues and reliably keep relevant processes running.
  • Projects: You will participate in HR projects and support the transfer of documents into the HCM system.

Your profile – contra 08/15, PRO YOU  

  • Education: Ongoing studies related to Human Resources, Business, Law, or a comparable field
  • Work Experience: Initial insights into HR processes or administrative activities
  • Expertise: Confident handling of digital documents, meticulous work approach, and structured processing of sensitive documents
  • Personality: Proactive hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility, and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Language skills: Very good German and good English skills for communication in an international environment
