Werkstudent GTM / Marketing (m/w/d)

We are the Auralis Group GmbH, a Venture Studio with ~70 MA, which builds software products and operates its own algorithmic trading strategies.

With CuteMarkets we are currently developing a platform around options trading, tools, and content.

We are looking for a right-hand man of the founder, who will actively build the theme of Go-to-Market, Content, and Growth.

Tasks

You want:

• to work 15-20 hours a week alongside your studies and earn a good income (15-25 €/h + Bonus)
• to work directly with the founder and understand how to bring a product to market
• to work remotely and flexibly
• not just to do marketing, but to have a real impact on growth
• to learn how to build Distribution, Content, and Community

Your tasks:

• Implementation of GTM strategies for CuteMarkets
• Creation and distribution of content (e.g. X, Reddit, Discord, Blog, TikTok/Insta)
• Building and testing of Growth Loops (SEO, Social, Communities)
• Support for Paid Ads / Landing Pages / Funnels
• Analysis of KPIs (Traffic, Conversion, CAC etc.)
• Close cooperation with the founder on ideas, experiments, and prioritization

Qualification

You:

• have first experience in Marketing, Growth, or Content (SaaS, Tech, or Finance from an advantage)
• have interest in Trading, Markets, or Finance (not a must, but helpful)
• have a strong handling of tools (e.g. CMS, Analytics, ggf. n8n, AI Tools)
• have the ability to implement and deliver things independently
• have good German and English skills
• are not contact-shy and communicative
• have a growth mindset and want to continue to grow in life
• are convinced that your potential is still far from being exhausted
