About us

It all started seven years ago as an ambitious idea. Today, we are the market leader for graduation magazines in Germany. Every year, more than two-thirds of all German graduating classes use the nuggit app to design their graduation magazine and graduation textiles, creating a lasting memory.

Our Mission: Through digital innovation and personal customer contact, we are the reliable partner for students in their very first big project. To achieve this, we constantly question the status quo and develop new, creative solutions.

We are a small team with a very large reach. As a working student in graphic design (m/f/d), you will work on real projects whose results are printed, shipped, and worn throughout Germany.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities

• Print: You will design layouts, templates, and elements for graduation magazines that go to over two-thirds of all schools in Germany.
• Textiles: We are currently rebuilding our textile business. You will design motifs and prints for hoodies and shirts.
• Product: You will work with our product team on the layouts and design elements in the nuggit app.
• Social Media: You will support our social media team with graphics, templates, and visual formats for Instagram and TikTok.
• Brand: You will help to further develop our design system and brand presence.

Qualifications

What you bring

• You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences in Germany, ideally in communication design, graphic design, or a similar field, and still have at least one year of study left.
• You are proficient in Figma. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• A portfolio shows that you have a good eye for typography, layout, and color.
• You use AI to work faster and better. AI does not replace you, but you get more out of your work with it.
• You work independently, are well-organized, and contribute your own ideas.
• You speak fluent German.
