As a valuable member of our marketing team, you will support the visual design and implementation of our projects.

You will help develop strong brand appearances, implement creative ideas, and visually shape our communication. In doing so, you will gain insights into professional design processes and learn how strategic design conveys brand messages effectively.

Aufgaben

• You set ideas visually in motion, bringing our projects and campaigns to life.
• You develop designs that create clarity and evoke emotions.
• You work on modern, consistent brand appearances.
• You gather valuable practical experience – from idea to final layout.

Qualifikation

• Kreativität & Designgespür: You have a good eye for aesthetics, typography, and layouts and understand how to present content visually appealingly.
• Technisches Know-how: You work safely with common design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Markenverständnis: You know how important a consistent visual appearance is and can implement creative ideas in corporate design.
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise: You work structured, reliable, and bring your own ideas – even with multiple projects simultaneously.
• Teamgeist & Lernfreude: You like to work with others, are open to feedback, and want to continuously develop yourself.
• Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Grafikdesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Mediengestaltung oder einem vergleichbaren Feld.

Nice to have:

• First experiences with AI-Prompting in the field of image and video content.
• Basic knowledge of Motion Design or Animation.
• First contacts with the pharmaceutical or pharmacy sector.
