Working Student Go-To-Market & Partner Management (m/f/d)

The product is ready. Now it's decided how we talk about it.

This is not a call center job. No cold calling, no bought list, no quota per hour.
You contact businesses that already know us. Installation partners with whom we have been working for months or years. They know who Bees & Bears is — they just don't know yet what we've newly built for them.

Why this position exists: We are launching a new product that solves a concrete bottleneck for our partner businesses. Technically, it's finished. What counts now is the launch — and that doesn't happen via an email. It happens in conversations.

Your task: To have these conversations. You will receive training and a conversation guide. After eight weeks, this guide should be even better because you have had a hundred conversations. Those who only want to work through a list are in the wrong place here. Those who wait for someone else to dictate the next step also are.

Where the role grows: It starts focused: one product, a defined circle of partners, one conversation after another. However, it is not designed as a phone job, but as an entry into partner management — own partners, end-to-end, from initial contact to ongoing support. How quickly this happens depends on you, not on a calendar.

Specifically:

• CALLING, NOT JUST TAKING CALLS: You present the new product to existing partners. Not a script from a piece of paper, but a conversation that resonates with the other person.
• DEVELOPING THE PITCH FURTHER: You notice which approach works and which objection keeps coming up. You don't keep it to yourself, you change the conversation guide.
• LISTENING AND FEEDING BACK: What partners say on the phone is the most honest feedback we get on the product. You are the most direct line to it and you use it.
• RELATIONSHIP INSTEAD OF CONTACT LIST: You will be responsible for a fixed circle of partners. After three months, they will know your name, not our phone number.
• KEEPING TRACK NEATLY: What has been discussed is recorded understandably in Hubspot so that the team can continue to work with it.

• SUSTAINABILITY: You are very interested in climate protection and sustainability and want to learn and do more about it

• WORKING STUDENT: You are currently studying and ideally have some initial practical experience, for example through internships or volunteer work

• COMFORTABLE ON THE PHONE: You have already convinced someone on the phone about something — at work, in a club, in a part-time job, it doesn't matter.

• TO THE POINT WITHOUT SOUNDING COLD: You say in three sentences what others need ten for, and still sound like a human. Craft businesses don't have time for marketing jargon and notice immediately if someone is using it.

• RELIABLE, NOT NEGOTIABLE: A promised callback on Thursday means Thursday. For us, this is a basic requirement, not a strength.

• YOU BRING SOMETHING BACK: After fifty conversations, you have an opinion on what works. You state it without us having to ask.

• GERMAN AT NATIVE LEVEL: Our partners are German craft businesses. The conversation is in German, including nuances and dialects on the other end.

• AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AVAILABLE: Less time is not worth it for either of us. It takes weeks until you are really good at these conversations.
