Your tasks in our team:

• You strengthen our Employer Branding: By participating in the development of our personnel and training marketing, you ensure that we become more visible as an employer.
• You fill our channels with life: You research and write texts for the website, press releases, design presentations, and create marketing materials.
• You are our face at events: You support event organization and management, ensuring a smooth course of our events.
• You spark interest on Social Media: You develop and post social media content that excites our target groups and increases reach.
• You foster internal communication: You support our editorial team in creating the employee newspaper and organizing internal events.

Your profile:

• You are a registered student with a special interest in Media, Communication, Marketing or Journalism.
• You have Lust on Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Personnel and Training Marketing, and an interest in the construction industry.
• Team spirit and organizational talent distinguish you, as you can also work independently. First experiences in marketing or HR-marketing are beneficial.
• Fundamental knowledge of website maintenance is helpful but not a must. Ideally, you already have basic knowledge of layout and graphic design.
• You are an open-minded, communicative personality who brings in your own ideas.
