Our Story – grown from conviction.

There are convictions that remain and exactly that makes us out. Already our founder Martina Zimmermann-Brase believed early on that one can achieve more in accounting if one meets people honestly, shares responsibility, and tackles it together. Based on this basis, we have grown step by step from a single office to a team of over 30 colleagues at our two locations in Karlsruhe-Neureut and Pfinztal over the past three decades.

We are just as convinced that the future of accounting is digital. With Emma, our RPA solution, and targeted use of KI, we shape our administrative processes leaner, faster, and smarter. Tasks

Your Role – Tasks with Variety and Depth.

You will not be here as a student assistant (m/w/d) for mere auxiliary work, but as a permanent member of our team for digitalization and process optimization. Together with experienced colleagues, you will analyze workflows, help develop KI- and RPA solutions, and see directly how your ideas become real improvements in office daily life. We listen, entrust you with responsibility, and give you regular feedback so that you can grow professionally and personally at your tasks – at the right pace alongside your studies.

Your tasks include:

• Supporting the analysis and optimization of administrative processes
• Participating in the implementation and further development of KI- and RPA solutions
• Documented testing of automated processes
• General support in project management

Qualification

Your Profile – Strongly Focused, Humanely Compatible.

• Studies in the field of business informatics, computer science, business administration or comparable
• Interest in KI, automation, and digital processes
• Structured and self-directed work style
• First knowledge of RPA or programming is advantageous but not a must
