Tasks

• Support in developing and implementing KI solutions for optimizing real estate processes.
• Analyze and digitalize internal company processes with a focus on efficiency improvement
• Building a modern IT and software infrastructure for property management
• Collaboration with the team to improve our strategic rental concepts through KI-based approaches.
• Integration of CRM, ERP, and KI systems into existing processes

Qualification

• First experiences with KI tools like ChatGPT or similar automation platforms
• Interest in artificial intelligence and its application in the real estate sector.
• Good analytical skills and enjoyment of working with data.
• Communication strength, including the ability to develop processes together as a team
