Tasks

• Support with general accounting tasks
• Preliminary preparation of outgoing invoices
• Preliminary processing & pre-accounting of incoming invoices
• Transfer & maintenance of documents in DATEV Unternehmen Online
• Digitalization & archiving of documents in the electronic document archive

Qualification

• Enrolled student:in in business administration, economics, or similar
• Safe handling with MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
• Good English skills in writing and speaking
• Interest in IT environments & digital processes
• High learning readiness and self-initiative
