Job description

Schröder Bauzentrum is a owner-managed family company specializing in the trade of building materials for commercial and private end customers. We operate several building material stores and DIY stores in Northern Germany (Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Brandenburg). To support our team, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in the field of occupational safety and technical facility management at our Flensburg location as soon as possible.



Your Responsibilities

  • Support for the occupational safety specialist in daily business

  • Creation, maintenance, and updating of registers, overviews, and documentation

  • Support in monitoring and tracking statutory and technical inspection obligations

  • Maintenance of inspection deadlines and tracking of inspection reports, identified defects, and agreed-upon measures

  • Preparation and management of maintenance, inspection, and system documentation

  • Support in the creation of risk assessments, operating instructions, and training materials

  • Participation in organizational and technical projects in facility management

  • Coordination with our locations, internal contact persons, and external service providers

Your Profile

  • Ongoing studies, ideally in the fields of safety engineering, facility management, engineering, environmental management, or a comparable discipline

  • Interest in the topics of occupational safety and technical facility management

  • Technical understanding and the willingness to familiarize yourself with legal requirements and technical regulations

  • Careful, structured, and independent way of working

  • Good organizational and communication skills

  • Confident use of standard MS Office applications, especially Excel

  • Reliability, teamwork, and a solution-oriented approach to work

  • Driving license class B and willingness to travel to our locations occasionally are desirable
