What You Will Achieve

As Werkstudent:in Founders Associate at scaleon, you will work directly with our founders Philipp and Stefan. You are close to the action, take real responsibility, and help shape scaleon as a company – from strategic internal projects to ensuring our office runs smoothly.

• You drive our internal projects forward – in close exchange with our founders Philipp and Stefan.
• You develop content strategies, manage our social media channels, and help position scaleon as a Growth Building Boutique.
• You help build our network, design the application process with, and strengthen our employer brand.
• You structure our internal knowledge databases and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• You identify potential for AI-supported process optimization and implement solutions.
• You keep us free from administrative tasks and ensure that our office at Kurfürstendamm runs smoothly – from orders and inventory management to post coordination.
• You take on administrative tasks like document management, data maintenance, and small organizational projects.

Job Requirements

What You Bring

We are looking for an engaged personality with a high degree of self-initiative, learning enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial spirit – and you know that big thinking and pragmatic action are not mutually exclusive.

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, technology, marketing, computer science) with excellent grades.
• First-hand experience in consulting, startups, or relevant fields (e.g. marketing, recruiting, AI, business development).
• A strong interest in strategy, innovation, digital business models, and new technologies.
• Analytical thinking, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Hands-on mentality, ownership, and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Tech affinity & interest in AI are a big plus.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (C2 level) and negotiation-safe English.
• You communicate openly, sincerely, and with humor – in all languages.
