What You Achieve

As Werkstudent:in Founders Associate - Strategie, AI & Company Building at scaleon, you work directly with our founders Philipp and Stefan. You're close to the action, take real responsibility, and help develop scaleon as a company – from strategic internal projects, building up our KI infrastructure, to ensuring our office runs smoothly.

• You drive our internal projects forward – in close exchange with our founders Philipp and Stefan.
• You develop content strategies, manage our social media channels, and help position scaleon as a Growth Building Boutique.
• You help build our network, design the application process with, and strengthen our employer brand.
• You structure our internal knowledge databases and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• You experiment with LLMs, agents, and automations and translate technical possibilities into concrete business applications.
• You build prototypes and MVPs to quickly test and scale new KI application cases.
• You create internal training and guides so that the entire scaleon team can effectively use KI tools.
• You keep our back free and ensure that our office at Kurfürstendamm runs smoothly, taking on administrative tasks like document management, data maintenance, and small organizational projects.

Job Requirements

What You Bring

We're looking for an engaged person with a high level of self-initiative, learning enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial spirit and you know that big thinking and pragmatic action are not mutually exclusive.

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, technology, marketing, computer science) with excellent grades.
• First-hand experience in consulting, startups or relevant fields (e.g. marketing, recruiting, KI, business development).
• Demonstrable experience with KI tools and technologies, e.g. prompt engineering, LLM APIs, automation tools or own KI projects.
• A strong interest in strategy, innovation, digital business models, and new technologies.
• Analytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented work approach.
• Hands-on mentality, ownership, and fun team collaboration.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (C2 level) and negotiation-safe English.
• You communicate openly, sincerely, and humorously – in all languages.
