Not as a demo, but in ongoing operation. The technology is there, but most companies still don't know how to use it. That's where we come in.

Our story

Lucid Labs is an AI-first studio, founded by Marek Janetzke — serial entrepreneur and co-founder of Flightright, one of the most successful legal-tech companies in Europe. We develop KI-solutions with measurable impact for German startups, SMEs, and corporations — with our own consulting methodology and a growing product platform that runs at customer level.

Tasks

• Support customer projects: Accompany workshops, prepare presentations and materials, track project progress, and ensure nothing gets left behind.
• Coordinate internal and external workflows: Plan and steer operative processes to ensure a smooth project implementation.
• Optimize work processes and procedures: Identify and implement improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Take responsibility for smaller projects: Manage independently small projects and ensure a structured and goal-oriented implementation.
• Prioritize customer communication: Create status updates, workshop materials, and reports — clear, structured, and to the point.
• Work with KI-tools: Use Claude, n8n, and other tools actively in your daily work — we live AI-first, not just as a buzzword.
• Collaborate closely with the team: Support various business areas and ensure the shop runs smoothly.

Qualification

• You're studying economics, business administration, computer science, engineering or something related — and want to see how it works in practice alongside theory.
• You work structured and reliably. If you say you'll take care of something, the team can rely on it.
• You think ahead instead of just asking what's next. If something catches your eye, speak up.
• You can explain complex things simply — both in writing and orally.
• You speak fluent German and English.
• You're excited about KI and entrepreneurship — and find it more exciting to try things out than just reading about them.
• First experiences with KI or no-code tools are a plus, but not a must.
