Working Student Finance (m/f/d)

• You will support the processing and follow-up of open cases and reminders.
• You will take on tasks in open item processing in the Finance department and support the clarification of open items.
• You will process complaints and insurance deductions and ensure structured follow-up.
• You will be in telephone and written contact with customers, insurance companies, and other contacts.
• You will document processing statuses and results completely, carefully, and comprehensibly in our systems.
• You will support the team with further administrative and operational tasks in day-to-day business.

• You are currently enrolled at a university or college.
• You work carefully, structured, and reliably.
• You enjoy clarifying issues independently and are happy to pick up the phone to do so.
• You can keep an overview even with multiple open cases.
• You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
