You work yourself into numbers

, neatly built tables make you relaxed, and when you hear the word "DATEV" you don't think "ugh", but rather "finally something to take care of". That's already a good sign.

But let's not misunderstand each other: We're not looking for a student who just sits hours and fills out their resume. We're looking for someone who is passionate about numbers, takes responsibility from day one, and wants to get involved with a rapidly growing company. You go through topics independently, want to collect real practice, and give it your all even when no one's watching. If you're looking for a relaxed study job on the side, we're not the right fit.

Aufgaben

You take over our finance department

completely, not just individual tasks. You work independently, have access to all numbers, and are in the midst of the operational business of a rapidly growing company.

• You are responsible for our P/L
. You maintain it neatly, keep Soll and Ist up-to-date, and recognize deviations before we feel them.
• You build our cash flow planning on
and keep it running, so that it's clear when things get tight and when they don't.
• You prepare the monthly reports on
, so that owners and board members can see where we stand in just a few minutes.
• You take over the monthly accounting preparation in DATEV
and work directly with our tax consultant together.
• You analyze product launches
, marketing investments, and scaling decisions financially. We launch a lot and quickly, so there's always something to calculate.
• You shape finance processes actively
, automate where possible, and close gaps before someone stumbles upon them.

Qualifikation

• You study
BWL, Accounting, Controlling, Auditing, or Business Informatics with a Finance focus, ideally from the 4th semester.
• You burn for numbers
. A clean P/L, a precise forecast, and a neatly built Excel/Sheets model make you happy.
• You want responsibility from the start
and see practice as an opportunity to take something away with you.
• First practice
in an accounting firm, auditing, controlling, or bookkeeping is a clear plus.
• You can't just use Excel/Sheets
, you understand it. Pivots, SVERWEIS, INDEX/MATCH are not foreign vocabulary.
• DATEV experience is welcome
, but not required.
• You go through topics independently
, deliver neatly, and give it your all even when no one's watching.
