These are our current challenges and goals:

Our Finance team is actively building its structures, processes, and digital infrastructure. As a working student (all genders) at Glow25, you'll be right in the middle of it: You'll bring your tax knowledge from your training directly into play, take on your own tasks in accounting and treasury, and help us make our knowledge structurally and digitally available.

If you think structurally, love digital tools, and are eager to help shape real processes, then we look forward to hearing from you.

This is where we need your support:

• You will support the further development of our internal Finance intranet page in Notion and maintain it – guidelines, process descriptions, and navigation aids will be systematically collected and kept up-to-date there.

• You will support our accounting team with tax-related topics – your training as a tax assistant will be directly beneficial here.

• You will take on your own tasks in the areas of accounting and treasury and grow into more responsibility step by step.

• You will prepare data and documents and support the team with administrative and organizational tasks in the finance department.

What you bring with you:

• You have completed training as a tax assistant and are currently studying business administration or a related field.

• You have sound practical experience in accounting and tax matters as a result.

• You are proficient with digital tools – Notion, Excel & Co. are fun for you, not frustrating (must-have).

• You communicate confidently in German (C1) and have good English skills.

• You are curious and eager to learn – you proactively tackle new topics.
