Your Role with Us

A fault report goes in.

A defective door in a branch.

A technical problem in an apartment complex.

A water damage that requires quick decisions.

And now? You take over the coordination.

You analyze the situation, bring structure to the workflow and ensure clear solutions.

Your Tasks

• Coordination of technical and infrastructural facility management services
• Processing of fault reports as well as repair and maintenance orders
• Contact person for clients, tenants, and partner companies
• Documented ongoing orders and ensuring transparent workflows
• Verification of incoming and outgoing invoices as well as an overview of costs and services

You Bring This

• You are currently enrolled at a university or college
• You don't want to take on a work-study job where you just sit around
• You want to think ahead, take responsibility and really make something happen
• Communication comes easily to you and you approach people openly
• Even if your studies are unrelated to the field, we welcome motivated individuals

What We Offer

• Flexible working hours adapted to your studies at 16-20 hours per week
• Hourly wage: €17.50
