About the Role

We are looking for a motivated work student who combines passion for music and entertainment with organizational talent and technology affinity. You support our team in planning and implementing events as well as innovative projects at the interface of culture and technology.

Tasks

Your Tasks

You support in organizing and conducting events – from concerts and festivals to album launches and hybrid formats. You help with coordinating service providers, artists, and internal teams, take over administrative tasks, and ensure smooth operations on site.

In project management, you assist in digital initiatives such as streaming platforms, ticketing solutions, or fan engagement tools. You research new event technologies, maintain project documentation, and work together with our tech and creative teams.

Qualification

What you bring

You are currently studying, ideally in fields such as event management, culture/music management, media, business administration, or a related field. First practical experiences in the event or project sector are essential.

You are interested in event technologies, digital tools, and innovative formats. You are familiar with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.) or Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

You are reliable, communicative, and work well in a team. Even in stressful situations, you keep your cool and get things done. Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend shifts at events is expected.

You master the German and English languages.
