WORKING STUDENT ERP PROJECT MANAGEMENT (m/f/d)
Part-time, from now on, at least 6 months, for our Munich office

• You will support the maintenance of data and information in the ERP system and contribute to ensuring and improving data quality
• You will take on PMO tasks and support project management with administrative and operational matters
• In your role, you will coordinate ongoing operational issues with internal stakeholders
• Part of your responsibility is to support users with questions about the ERP system, ensuring reliable processing
• In your role, you will accompany and be responsible for the analysis and solution of technical errors, coordinating with our implementation partner if necessary
• An important part of your activity is maintaining the central information channel around the ERP system on SharePoint, ensuring that relevant information is up-to-date and findable
• You will work in an agile project environment and contribute your own ideas for improving processes

• Ideally, you are enrolled in a business-related, technical, or information technology degree program
• You work proactively, independently, and solution-oriented and take responsibility for your tasks
• A structured, reliable, and meticulous way of working characterizes you
• You enjoy collaborating with various internal stakeholders and approach people openly
• You have a strong affinity for tools and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and applications
• You handle information with trust and responsibility
• Initial experience with ERP systems, SharePoint, or project management tools is helpful, but not a requirement
• You enjoy working in a team and can keep an overview of multiple parallel topics
