Working Student Enterprise Risk Management (m/f/d)

In auxmoney's Enterprise Risk Management, you will work on topics such as internal control systems, operational risks, and the further development of our risk management standards. We report directly to the CFO and work closely with many specialist departments, so you will quickly gain a broad understanding of the company.
You will be given responsibility early on, contribute your own ideas, and help to make risks transparent and continuously improve processes.

• Analyze risks: You will maintain and analyze information on risks, damages, and controls, thus creating a reliable basis for decisions and measures.
• Digitize processes: You will identify recurring or manual tasks and support making them more efficient with suitable digital workflows and AI applications. What is crucial is your solution-oriented approach, not experience with a specific tool.
• Improve reporting: You will transform complex status data into clear overviews, presentations, and decision-making templates for management and the board. For this, you will use Excel for analyses and structured evaluations.
• Support audits: You will prepare documents and evidence for internal and external audits, check their completeness, and keep an eye on agreed-upon measures until they are implemented.
• Coordinate stakeholders: You will gather information, coordinate alignments with various specialist departments, and record results and next steps comprehensibly.
• Work model: You will meet your team once a week in our Düsseldorf office. On the other days, you will work flexibly from home.

• Studies: You are enrolled in a degree program in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a comparable field of study. More important than the exact title is your interest in data, processes, and risk management.
• Analytical thinking: You enjoy delving into complex topics, questioning existing processes, and developing pragmatic solutions.
• Excel & Tools: You have good Excel skills and are eager to learn new systems, digital workflows, and AI applications.
• Diligence & Ownership: You work meticulously, set sensible priorities, take responsibility, and proactively contribute your ideas.
• Communication: You enjoy coordinating with different specialist departments, present your results clearly, and communicate confidently in German and English.
