Working Student E-Mail Marketing Design (m/f/d)

We are an e-mail marketing and e-commerce agency with a passion for data-driven campaigns and strong visual storytelling. For our e-commerce clients, we develop e-mail strategies that not only look good but also perform measurably. To ensure our newsletters and automations are visually convincing, we are looking for reinforcement in the area of e-mail design.

Responsibilities

• Designing appealing, brand-compliant e-mail designs for newsletters, campaigns, and automated flows
• Implementing design templates into e-mail templates (e.g., with tools like Klaviyo, Figma, Photoshop)
• Optimizing existing templates in terms of look & feel, responsiveness, conversion, and display in various e-mail clients
• Close collaboration with clients and other team members
• Support with image sourcing and basic image editing
• Co-creating new design concepts and trends in e-mail marketing

Qualifications

• Enrolled student, ideally in the field of communication design, media design, graphic design, marketing, or similar
• Initial practical experience in graphic or e-mail design (internship, freelance projects, own portfolio work) is an advantage
• Proficient in common design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator)
• A feel for typography, colors, and layout, as well as an eye for detail. Interest in e-commerce and the specifics of e-mail marketing (responsive design, dark mode, accessibility)
• Fluent German, English as a plus
• High level of commitment

• Willingness to learn new things
