Work Student E-Mail Marketing / CRM Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for an innovative e-commerce company that develops, produces, and distributes high-quality accessories worldwide for bodyweight training and climbing. Our products are already in use in over 70 countries around the world and support athletes in their training.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a work student E-Mail Marketing / CRM Manager (m/w/d) who will manage and optimize our e-mail and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to increase customer loyalty, engagement, and sales.

Tasks

• Support in planning and operational implementation of our email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns for new customer acquisition and customer retention.
• Independent creation and optimization of automated email sequences (e.g. welcome flows, reactivation, upselling) in consultation with the team.
• Creative design and texturing of convincing newsletters and promotions that will excite our community.
• Zielgruppengerechte Segmentierung of our email list to reach recipients with exactly the right content.
• (e.g. open and click rates) and derivation of concrete action recommendations.
• Planning and implementation of A/B tests for continuous optimization of subject lines, layouts, and send times.
• Consideration of best practices and legal guidelines (such as the GDPR) in daily campaign creation.
• Tight cooperation with our teams from content, design, and performance marketing for a uniform brand presence.

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in marketing, communication, economics or a similar field.
• First practical experiences in email marketing or e-commerce (e.g. through internships or own projects) are a big plus.
• Ideal first contacts with common tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
• Lust am Schreiben und Gestalten: You bring a good sense of writing and design to create compelling texts (copywriting) and an eye for appealing designs.
• Analytical understanding and pleasure in analyzing numbers and making data-based decisions.
• Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise as well as the motivation to drive things proactively forward.
• Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
