For our brand Tamaris, we are looking for you as a Working Student E-Commerce & Retail Operations (m/f/d) in the Operations department as soon as possible.

What you will achieve with us:

• Support for the E-Commerce & Retail Operations department in daily business

• Participation in (partial) projects in the E-commerce, Retail, and Omnichannel environment and in fulfillment, warehouse, and transport processes

• Independent optimization and automation of processes, also through the use of modern tools and AI-based analyses

What makes you special:

• Enrolled student in business administration or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, or e-commerce

• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working as well as strong numerical understanding

• Quick comprehension and willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and applications

• Analytical thinking skills and enjoyment in the design, optimization, and automation of processes

• Interest in digitalization, modern tools, and AI-based solutions

• Proficient in MS Office products
