Student Assistant E-Commerce & Marketing (m/w/d)

We are looking for a student assistant for the Klassik Radio Shop and our streaming platform Klassik Radio Plus at the Sendezentrum Augsburg as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Maintenance and care of the webshops, creating and updating product pages in the Klassik Radio Shop
• Develop creative content ideas and marketing measures to generate new orders in our online shop (e.g. social media, newsletter, storytelling/SEO/GEO in the shop, radio spots)
• Writing texts and product descriptions
• Creating reports
• Inventory control and reordering
• Support for coordinating fulfillment and logistics
• Support for customer inquiries about products and orders
• Support for marketing measures for our streaming platform Klassik Radio Plus

Qualification

• First practical experience in the field of (online-)marketing, e.g. through internships
• Ongoing studies with a focus on marketing, communication or a comparable field
• You enjoy writing texts and product descriptions
• You have first experiences with Shopify, email marketing, shop management
• You like writing texts and creating advertising materials in German
• You are structured, reliable, and work conscientiously
