Werkstudent Customer Support (m/w/d)

Location

We are looking for you at our location in Konstanz starting from March for 20 hours a week.

Your Tasks

• You support our support team in processing customer inquiries.
• You help with technical and service-related issues – from quick problem-solving to forwarding to the right contact persons.
• You contribute to ensuring that our customers always have a positive experience with our service.
• You maintain close relationships with all teams to find the best possible solutions together.
• You are open to new tools and take over automation to increase efficiency.
• You assume responsibility for creating monthly reports.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and appreciate independent work.

Your Profile

• You are an enrolled student and have the desire to gain practical experience in customer service alongside your studies.
• You enjoy interacting with people, work service-oriented and solution-focused.
• You communicate clearly and friendly, in German at a native level, and in English fluently – both written and spoken.
• First experience in customer contact is advantageous.
• You bring a good portion of patience and empathy.
