The PluginEnergy GmbH is a young startup in the field of photovoltaic systems and has set itself the goal to give every person the opportunity to generate their own renewable energy. We develop and distribute innovative energy solutions for balconies, gardens, or terraces and create opportunities for renewable energy generation in a wide range.

Tasks

You are enthusiastic about renewable energies and the e-commerce sector? Then we look forward to your application as a work student (m/w/d) in the e-commerce support!

> up to 20 hours per week / Home Office / Remote

> Duration: at least 6 months

> Start date: immediately

You will support us as a work student customer support in daily business and all ongoing projects across Europe.

> Technical customer support via email/phone

> Sales & product consulting for end-user inquiries

> Complaint management

> Regular audit and optimization of existing in-house processes

> Participation in new innovative projects

You will work flexibly from home and be in regular exchange with your colleagues and the management.

Qualification

• You are currently studying energy technology, environmental protection technology, engineering, technical business administration or comparable
• The area around renewable energies excites you and you enjoy interacting with people
• You have ideally already gained some practical experience in the field of photovoltaics or be enthusiastic about it
• Your transfer thinking and looking beyond the horizon distinguish you
• Your work style is structured, self-reliant, and meticulous
• Very good German and good English skills are a must
