We are seeking a* Werkstudent*in Customer Success (m/w/d) to support our team in managing our B2B customers, preparing projects reliably, and contributing to realizing the best possible benefits from SafeNow for our customers.

Aufgaben

• Projektunterstützung & Organisation: You will support the planning, preparation, and coordination of new projects and SafeNow zones. This includes scheduling appointments, creating structured documents, and maintaining project overviews, timelines, and documentation. Additionally, you will help coordinate internal teams and ensure that tasks are clearly documented and tracked.
• Stakeholder- & Kundenbetreuung: You will support our Customer-Success team in managing our customers and responding to inquiries. Furthermore, you will prepare meetings, presentations, and documents, and document customer feedback and results, so that information is structured and directly usable.
• Schulungen & Onboarding: You will help with the preparation of trainings and onboarding, by creating or developing presentation materials and documentation. During trainings, you will provide organizational support or take minutes. Additionally, you will work on building reusable training and onboarding materials.
• Health Checks, Analyse & Reporting: You will support monitoring our existing customers and help with the creation and updating of reports and health checks – internally and externally. You will also analyze usage data, recognize trends or anomalies, and prepare these for the team in a clear manner.
• Erstellung von Customer-Success-Materialien: You will support the creation, maintenance, and structuring of success materials like guides, templates, presentations, or internal documentation that help both our team and customers to use SafeNow optimally.
• Interne Projekte & Prozessoptimierung: You will work on internal projects with, for example, optimizing onboarding or activation processes or building knowledge databases. Additionally, you will support the development of our tools (e.g., CRM or project management systems) and bring new impulses to the team through research into best practices.

Qualifikation

• You are currently enrolled (e.g., in business administration, economics, psychology, communication sciences, or comparable fields).
• You work very organized, structured, and reliable and keep track of multiple tasks.
• You bring basic knowledge in project management and/or first experience working with customers.
• You have a secure grasp of MS Office and are able to quickly adapt to new tools; ideally, you know CRM systems, ClickUp, Google Workspace or similar tools.
• You speak German fluently, English securely in word and writing.
• Ideal would be if you live in Munich or the surrounding area, so that occasional presence meetings can be easily arranged.
• You work independently and are a reliable team player.
