Werkstudent: Customer Success Manager/ Helpdesk 1st Level (m/w/d) Remote 20 h/Woche

Over 20 years ago, we opened our first MRS.SPORTY club in Berlin. Already a year later, we began to pass on our fitness concept to people who find it just as great as we do and with their own club locations pursuing the same goal: More health and quality of life for women. Today, over 40,000 members train in more than 150 MRS.SPORTY clubs in four countries.

Aufgaben

This is what you can expect from us:

• You will handle inquiries from our franchise partners around the use of their own member management software (shortly: CRM) in 1st level support.
• You will work through our ticket system, by email, by phone or by video calls - depending on what is best for each case and suits you.
• You will be the interface to the software developers. For some inquiries, you will exchange with them in 2nd level support and pass on their feedback to our partners.
• You will ensure excellent customer satisfaction among our franchise partners with your claim for a quick and competent solution.

Qualifikation

You fit in with us if:

• You can quickly get used to new situations.
• A degree in computer science or engineering is NOT necessary: What's important is that you can communicate well and understand user experiences.
• Your empathetic nature allows you to put yourself in the software challenges of our partners and provide friendly and helpful assistance.
• You have already patiently explained how your grandmother sets up a Facebook account or how your uncle posts stories, and you remained patient even when they asked you again. And you're also patient when someone asks you for the third time how it works.
• You have excellent knowledge of German (spoken and written) as well as fluent language skills in English.
• Ideal would be if you already have experience with CRM systems. It's not a must, but if you can quickly get familiar with new websites and programs.
