termios makes heating in residential and commercial properties smarter and more climate-friendly. Our thermostat noticeably saves energy and helps asset managers, housing companies, and owners achieve their ESG and Net-Zero goals.

termios is a joint venture founded in 2023 by mantro as a company builder, the Sauerland family company Oventrop, and the Düsseldorf-based LEG Immobilien SE. As a technology company, we develop green solutions for heating, sustainability, and ESG for residential properties.

We are looking for a Working Student for Customer Success & Business Development (m/f/d) for our Düsseldorf location as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• You perform the necessary calculations for hydraulic balancing, contributing to efficient and sustainable heating control.

• You record, update, and maintain customer-related data for various clients, ensuring a reliable data foundation for further processing.

• You regularly coordinate with our Customer Success Managers on the current status of hydraulic balancing and clarify what further steps are necessary.

• You support the Business Development team in analyzing and preparing relevant information for strategic company decisions.

• You actively participate in the further development of our Customer Success and Business Development processes and help to build efficient structures in a growing company.

Your Profile

• You are currently enrolled at a college or university – ideally in a technical degree program related to energy, building technology, utility technology, or real estate management. Students of business administration or comparable degree programs are also very welcome.

• You are interested in sustainable energy solutions, the real estate industry, and technical contexts related to heat supply.

• You work carefully, reliably, and with attention to detail – especially with calculations and with recording and maintaining customer-related data.

• You have good analytical and organizational skills and can prepare information clearly.

• You are proficient in using common office applications, especially Excel, or are willing to quickly learn new tools and systems.

• You work independently, enjoy taking responsibility, and are keen to contribute your own ideas to the further development of our processes.

• Very good German skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
