Kundenzufriedenheit stands at the top. Our Customer Service ensures that our customers are always competently supported – from order receipt to delivery.

As part of our Customer-Service-Team, you will be the interface between customers, warehouse and dispatch, and actively shape the service quality of our company.

Your Tasks

• You support our customers via phone, email, and chat and find a suitable solution for each request.
• You assist in processing orders, process returns, and clarify complaints in close coordination with the warehouse.
• You maintain customer information carefully in our CRM system and keep the database up to date.
• You bring fresh ideas from your studies to improve our service quality and internal processes.
• You work across departments together to ensure that every package and every response arrives punctually.

Job Requirements

This brings you with

• You are enrolled as a student (preferably in business administration, communication, logistics or similar).
• You have at least 15-20 hours per week available to support our team.
• Ideal would be if you could already gather some experience in customer service or dealing with customers.
• You speak and write confidently in German and English.
• You find your way quickly in new systems (CRM, MS Office).
• You are empathetic, keep a cool head even under high pressure, and work well in multicultural teams.
