Responsibilities

• You will support customer service in processing inquiries and maintaining customer data
• You will take on organizational tasks in the back office and assist with administrative processes
• You will be involved in the PayOp area, e.g., in the preparation and checking of payment processes
• You will support the team in POS technology and help with terminal configuration and testing of technical processes
• You will work cross-functionally with colleagues and gain insights into various areas of Customer Management

Qualifications

• You are interested in payment transaction activities and are motivated to work in the industry
• You are characterized by a high affinity for numbers, a structured and precise way of working, and a high willingness to learn when dealing with new programs
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner and are characterized by a sense of responsibility and resilience
• You possess very good German language skills in speaking and writing, as well as good English language skills
• You demonstrate teamwork, a joy in communication, and a professional approach to challenging situations, even in time-critical phases
