We are offering students the opportunity to gain practical experience in customer management – with insights into customer service, backoffice, PayOp, and POS technology.

Tasks

• You will support the customer service team in processing inquiries and maintaining customer data
• You will take over organizational tasks in the backoffice and help with administrative processes
• You will work in the PayOp area, for example, preparing and reviewing payment processes
• You will accompany the team in POS technology and help with terminal configuration and testing technical processes
• You will work cross-departmentally with colleagues and receive insights into various topics of customer management

Qualification

• You have interest in payment processing activities and are motivated to be active in the industry
• You are characterized by a high affinity for numbers, a structured and precise working method, and a high willingness to learn when dealing with new programs
• You work structured, independently, and reliably, and are characterized by responsibility and resilience
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills
• You show team spirit, communication enthusiasm, and a professional approach to challenging situations, even in time-critical phases
