Work Student Customer Delivery (w/m/d/x)

Your Role

As a Work Student (w/m/d/x) in the Customer Delivery Team, you will support our Customer Delivery Managers in implementing and introducing the EMIL Insurance Suite for our insurance customers. You will receive direct insight into the end-to-end delivery of a SaaS product and be involved in real customer projects from the start.

What to Expect

• You will support the preparation of proof-of-concept setups for potential customers and gain early insights into the pre-sales process.
• You will help with configuring and introducing our SaaS solution at the customer's site and contribute to a smooth go-live.
• You will assist under the guidance of experienced team members in troubleshooting and answering customer questions after go-live.
• You will work on project documentation, including requirements, adjustments, and progress reports.
• You will participate in internal and external stakeholder meetings and support communication within the project team.

What You Bring

• You are studying business administration, computer science, business informatics, or a related field.
• A first technical affinity and a hands-on mentality - you are curious about how things work and willing to try them out yourself.
• You communicate safely and do not shy away from contact with customers or external partners.
• You work structured and reliably and take responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.
• Good German and English skills in writing and speaking are a prerequisite (and French is an asset).
• First experiences with APIs, SaaS tools, BPMN, or the insurance industry are welcome but not required.
