Description

As a working student in Customer Care at Chrono24, you will support our team in ensuring a consistently high level of quality in our customer service. You will review selected support cases based on clearly defined quality criteria, assist in maintaining our knowledge base, and help identify recurring questions and patterns.
The role is particularly suitable for you if you work in a structured and reliable manner, have an eye for detail, and enjoy performing meticulous work within clear processes. • You will assist in maintaining and developing our internal knowledge base by updating articles, identifying content gaps, and marking outdated information.
  • You will identify recurring questions and patterns in support tickets and contribute this as valuable input for improving processes and content.
  • You will support the Customer Care and Complaint Management teams with structured and clearly defined tasks within established workflows.
  • You will coordinate with colleagues from Training & Knowledge Management as well as other teams to clarify open questions and complete information.
  • You will contribute to offering our buyers and sellers worldwide a consistent and first-class service experience.

What sets you apart

  • You are currently enrolled and can support us as a working student for several months.
  • You are interested in Customer Experience, Operations, or Quality and enjoy paying close attention to even the smallest details.

  • You work in a structured, reliable, and meticulous manner and have a good sense for consistency and quality.
  • You enjoy learning new digital tools and systems, e.g., ticketing tools like Zendesk. Prior experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • You can keep track of multiple tasks and can independently set your priorities within clear guidelines.
  • You are curious and interested in continuously improving existing processes and content.
  • Prior knowledge in the area of luxury watches is not required – we will teach you everything important.
Nice to have
  • Initial experience in e-commerce, the marketplace environment, or the fintech sector
  • Interest in quality assurance, documentation, or knowledge management
  • Experience in creating or editing structured content, e.g., help articles, guides, or process documentation

What we offer you
