Student Assistant CRM System Adaptation (m/w/d)

The position is limited to 6 months with the option of taking over after completing your studies.

Tasks

• Participation in the further development and reorganization of our Odoo-CRM system
• Reviewing the sales pipeline (e.g. phase structure, lead process)
• Adapting and expanding data fields, entities, and forms
• Creating clear dashboards and reports for sales and management
• Collaboration on the structure and functionality of our customer portal and customer center (e.g. user guidance, data display, self-service areas)
• Implementation of a well-thought-out role and user concept with permission assignment
• Tight coordination with sales, marketing, and Odoo administration

Qualification

• Ongoing studies in business informatics, computer science, or equivalent with an IT focus
• Practical experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Ideal candidate has first-hand experience with Odoo
• Tech-savvy: knowledge of SQL, Python, or XML is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and high self-responsibility
• Teamwork skills and good communication skills in German (at least B2)
• Interest in digital processes, automation, and CRM architecture
