We are a rapidly growing Google Ads agency based in Munich. Our dynamic team of digital natives manages the most exciting e-commerce brands and makes them market leaders in the DACH region.

To achieve our ambitious growth target in the SEA sector, we are looking for you as a creative mind for our team. Your mission: You will design outstanding creatives that not only catch the eye but also make our e-commerce clients shine on Google Ads. As a central part of our creative team, you will support our creative direction and ensure that both client projects and internal tasks are implemented quickly and with top quality. Responsibilities

Your tasks

As a working student in graphic design, you are the driving force behind our visual advertising materials and contribute significantly to the success of our client campaigns. Your daily tasks include:

• Creative creation for Google Ads: You will conceptualize and design effective advertising materials (static graphics & videos) that ensure high click-through rates and conversions on Google Ads.

• Brand consistency: You will create CI-compliant online advertising materials and ensure a uniform and professional appearance of our clients across various platforms.

• AI-powered design: You will use innovative AI tools to accelerate the design process, unlock new creative possibilities, and optimize image editing.

• Strategic input: You will develop an understanding of the most important KPIs, proactively contribute creative ideas for campaigns, and help make design decisions based on data.

• Internal graphic power: You will support the team quickly and reliably with internal design tasks, from presentations and social media graphics to banners.

Qualifications

• Creativity & Passion: Your passion for design is infectious. You think outside the box, bring fresh ideas, and have a growth mindset – you see problems as opportunities and enjoy taking responsibility.

• Design skills: You master Photoshop or Figma like the back of your hand and have good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Illustrator). Experience with video editing tools like CapCut is a big plus.

• Experience: You ideally have 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, for example, through internships, training as a media designer, or initial full-time or part-time jobs.

• Target audience empathy: You can easily empathize with target audiences and their pain points across various industries and derive accurate designs from them.

• Curiosity & Trend awareness: You have a good understanding of the use of AI in the creative field and a strong interest in current design and marketing trends.

• Personality: You are an organized and results-oriented team player who wants to develop and approaches tasks in a structured manner.
