Working Student Corporate Innovation & Venture Clienting (m/f/d) Munich

• You will support the execution of start-up PoC projects – from identifying suitable solutions and defining the scope to implementation and further development with real business impact.
• You will work at the interface between corporates and start-ups, helping to ensure clear communication, aligned expectations, and successful collaboration.
• You will help translate technical solutions into concrete added value and prepare content in such a way that stakeholders can understand the benefits of the technology.
• You will research and identify suitable start-up solutions based on specific corporate needs – not just based on trends or buzzwords.
• You will support project implementation and contribute to success measurement, with a focus on sustainable added value rather than short-term effects.
• If a solution is convincing, you will help prepare for scaling and for transferring successful PoCs into long-term impact across different business units.

• Strong Communication Skills
  You can present complex topics understandably and enjoy conveying content clearly and structured – in both German and English.
• First Experiences in the Innovation Environment
  Ideally, you have already gained insights into innovation projects, start-ups, or technology-driven environments – e.g., through internships, working student positions, or your own projects.
• Structured Working Method & Problem-Solving Skills
  You work independently, are organized, and maintain an overview even with multiple tasks.
• Technological Interest and Understanding
  You are interested in new technologies and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics. You recognize how technological solutions can create business added value.
• Interest in Venture Clienting (Plus Point)
  Initial contact with the collaboration between corporates and start-ups or with the venture clienting approach is an advantage – but not a must.
