Become part of our Corporate Communications & Employer Branding team and help us shape the communication of a successful consulting firm. You will support us in making our topics and successes visible internally and externally, develop creative content for social media, and bring our corporate culture to life through authentic storytelling. Furthermore, you will gain exciting insights into press relations, event management, and the diverse communication activities of an internationally operating company.

We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in the field of Corporate Communications & Employer Branding for at least 15 hours/week at our Heidelberg location.

What awaits you

• Support in planning, creating, and publishing content for internal communication channels such as intranet and newsletters

• Editorial preparation of company news, interviews, and success stories

• Support for internal communication campaigns as well as maintenance and further development of existing communication formats

• Creation of social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels

• Development of creative storytelling formats about employees, corporate culture, and career topics, as well as support for editorial planning and community management

• Monitoring and evaluation of social media activities, as well as participation in employer branding and recruiting campaigns

• Support for press relations, media research, as well as organization and communication support for events, trade fairs, and recruiting events

What we are looking for

• Enrolled student in Communication Studies, Media Studies, Business Administration (BWL), or a comparable field of study

• First practical experience in communication, social media, marketing, or employer branding is an advantage

• Fluent German and very good English skills in spoken and written form

• Creativity and a flair for target-group-oriented communication

• Structured and independent way of working

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with social media tools, Canva
