Our teams work remotely and cross-location, which enables flexibility, collaboration, and creativity at the highest level. The leadership of the Operations and Financial Management department is located in Saarbrücken and is responsible for the entire group. 

To support our central department, we are looking for a motivated student with a focus on controlling, process optimization & AI. In this role, you will combine classical controlling with process responsibility and integrate innovative technologies like artificial intelligence.

The work takes place remotely in the home office, with regular physical department and company meetings for internal exchange.

Deine Aufgaben

The focus of the task is on supporting financial, sales, and procurement controlling. You will also get to know and support other adjacent departments. Agile working and digitally supported processes characterize the workday. Furthermore, you will be trained in various programming and automation techniques and actively integrated into AI projects. The specific tasks include:

• Aktive Beteiligung bei der Budgetplanung.
• Mitarbeit bei der Analyse des Monatsabschlusses und beim Executive Reporting.
• Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen im Finanzcontrolling und in angrenzenden Abteilungen.
• Analyse relevanter SaaS-KPIs und unserer Sales-Pipeline.
• Wirtschaftliche Auswertung und Kostenanalyse unserer Events.
• Unterstützung im Einkaufscontrolling

Dein Profil

• Master-Studierende (m/w/d) im Studiengang Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen.
• Eigenständiges, zielgerichtetes und konzeptionelles Arbeiten.
• Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke.
• Ein sicherer Umgang mit Excel oder Google Sheets ist von Vorteil.
• Grundkenntnisse in einer Programmiersprache wären vorteilhaft, aber keine Bedingung.
• Spaß an der Prozessoptimierung und am agilen Arbeiten.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
