These are our current challenges and goals:

Our Finance team is actively building its structures, processes, and digital infrastructure. As a working student (all genders) at Glow25, you'll be hands-on: you'll bring your tax knowledge from your training directly into play, take on your own tasks in accounting and treasury, and help us make our knowledge structured and digitally available.

If you think in a structured way, love digital tools, and are eager to help shape real processes, then we look forward to hearing from you.

This is where we need your support:

• You will support the further development of our internal Finance intranet page in Notion and maintain it – guidelines, process descriptions, and navigation aids will be structured here and kept up-to-date.

• You will support our accounting team with tax-related matters – your training as a tax specialist will be directly beneficial here.

• You will take on your own tasks in the areas of accounting and treasury and gradually grow into more responsibility.

• You will prepare data and documents and support the team with administrative and organizational tasks in the finance department.

This is what you bring with you:

• You have completed training as a tax specialist and are currently studying business administration or a related field.

• You have sound practical experience in accounting and tax matters as a result.

• You are confident using digital tools – Notion, Excel & co. are fun for you, not frustrating (must-have).

• You communicate confidently in German (C1) and have good English skills.

• You work independently, reliably, and bring initiative.

• You are curious and eager to learn – you tackle new topics proactively.

• You are a real team player and enjoy working with different people.
