Aufgaben

This is where you come in:
Your focus lies in the Social Media area. You'll work closely with our marketing leader and be directly involved in implementing our B2B campaigns. We're looking for someone who doesn't just take on tasks but wants to use the opportunity to shape our channels actively and grow professionally.

• Social Media: You identify themes, conceptualize and create postings for LinkedIn and Instagram – from idea to evaluation
• Weiterentwicklung: You bring in your own suggestions on how we can make our presence even better
• Kampagnen: You accompany the creation of online campaigns and learn how B2B marketing works in practice
• Design: You design graphics (Canva, Photoshop) within our corporate design
• Content: You write texts for our customer newsletters and support general marketing activities

Qualifikation

This is what you bring with you:

We're looking for someone who has a great passion for content creation and social media, and feels confident taking on responsibility for their own content after an initial training period.

• Studium: You're studying Communications/Media Science, Marketing or a comparable field
• Sprachgefühl: You have a very good sense of language, write securely and error-free in German (C2)
• Gestaltung: You have an above-average eye for design and bring knowledge of Canva and Photoshop with you
• Einstellung: You're engaged, communicative, and work independently within the team
• Praxis & Drive: You have first-hand experience in online marketing and want to deepen your knowledge in practice
• Vorteilhaft aber kein Muss: Experience and skills in photography
