Kreuzfahrtberater is one of the leading online portals for the brokerage of cruises from all renowned shipping companies in the DACH region.

We are currently looking for a Working Student in Content Management for Cruise Ships (m/f/d) to support our team with ideas, drive, and energy and to bring our website to life. We provide you with a centrally located modern workplace with all amenities in our Hamburg office.

Tasks

The declared goal: Support us in filling our website with user-friendly and search engine optimized content and, together with our Product Team, keep it up-to-date so that our customers can find their next dream trip with certainty.

Your core tasks include:

Assistance with the entry and management of new & existing ship data and shipping company information
Support with the entry of new trips and complete packages on our website
Active development of improvements using AI tools
Review of existing trips in the database for route changes (corrections, cancellations, etc.) in collaboration with the rest of the team
Regular updating, maintenance, and management of the database (e.g., adding additional services, new ships or ports, drawing routes)
Support in creating product texts, considering SEO-relevant keywords, and revising existing product texts regarding search engine optimization
Assistance with the entry and updating of sales promotions and specials
Translation of all the aforementioned content into English, and in the future, also into other languages
Occasional processing of image files, including maintenance of the image database and creation of collages

Qualifications

You are enrolled as a student (m/f/d) in Tourism, Content, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Initial experience in Content Management or SEO is an advantage.
Experience with image editing software, PIM or CMS systems is an advantage.
You love to work in a structured, organized, and independent manner – at the same time, you are a team player who enjoys exchanging ideas and gaining new experiences.
You have a strong interest in technical processes.
AI tools enrich your daily life, and you are interested in using AI professionally as well.
You enjoy working with prices, data, and facts and are detail- and solution-oriented.
Native German proficiency is a prerequisite for employment – you are almost flawless in spelling and grammar.
Excellent English skills are also necessary.
You have a passion for tourism and the cruise industry and possess solid geographical knowledge.
